Andy Kendell, a boy who obtained the Elegy Configuration after his mother accidentally bought it with a set of alphabet blocks, solving the Puzzle Box and summoning The Voice and Bright Eyes. Bright Eyes and her sister took Andy Kendall to Hell, even though the two would have preferred they took Jack, Andy's father, had they a choice. After Andy's mother, Laura, followed them into Hell to save her son, Bright Eyes witnessed The Voice offer Laura a bargain, if she agreed to stay in Hell forever she may protect Andy until he is strong enough to try and escape, Laura agrees.
When Glenda, a professor of sociology, solved the Heart of Damnation she summoned The Voice, Bright Eyes, Saucy Jack, Butterball and The Engineer all to Earth to take Glenda to Hell. Hank, a reporter, stabbed the puzzle and angered Saucy Jack. After killing Hank and Glenda, the Cenobites returned to Hell.
